VDEx
VDEx is our proprietary data exchange tool that allows our customers to send information to Velocity Express in any format. VDEx is a translation system that reduces the IT burden for our customers and allows Velocity Express to adapt to our customer’s IT system.
Through VDEx, Velocity Express adapts our customers’ data format to our system, and then sends back reports or updates to our customers in the same format it was received. VDex makes data exchange completely seamless no matter what system our customers use.
V-Trac
Velocity’s V-Trac system provides customers with the full circle of information about every delivery order. From input to loading and delivery to confirmation, V-Trac uses smart computing to ensure every package is delivered as you requested. V-Trac uses a proprietary, integrated solution that double checks our actions against your order at every step, and alerts us when something is out of order. V-Trac reduces the chance of mistakes in real time. V-Trac is automatically configured when you place an order so there are no extra steps required to take advantage of this smart system.

Using Velocityexpress.com our customers can place orders or track shipments from their desktop or mobile phone with no special software.
Through our V-ision tool, the Velocityexpress.com portal also seamlessly connects with our customers’ customer who can check delivery progress and receive updates. V-ision ensures that your customer sees your brand, the delivery date and time, and even a digitized signature.
