owned subsidiary of Velocity Express Corporation. Previously known as United Shipping & Technology,
the parent Company reincorporated in Delaware on January 4, 2002, at
which time it was renamed Velocity Express Corporation. In August 2006, Velocity Express acquired CD&L, consolidating its position at the
forefront of the ground shipping industry.
